3D Animated Writing

technique of an animated writing.

01.At first take a text—say number ‘3’ in front view port.

02.Create a circle shape in any view port then select the text, go to Geometry/Compound Object/Loft. Click ‘Get Shape’ button then pick the circle.

03.You’ll get a lofted shape, adjust the circle radius.

04.Select the Lofted shape, click on modify button, expand Deformations then click on scale. Now Scale Deformation window appear.

05.Insert  two corner point on the red line of Scale Deformation Window.

06.For simplicity  let us say left most corner point ‘A’, right most corner point ‘B’ and our new created corner points ‘P’,’Q’ respectively.

07.Now set the X value of the point P=0, X,Y value of the point Q=0, and also the Y value of B=0.

08.Ste the time slider at frame 80. On the auto key button.

09.Select the corner point Q and set the X value=100.Also select the point P using window selection method then  set the X value =100.

10.Now close the scale Deformation window, turn off auto key button and play the animation, You’ll get an animated writing.

11.Now render the perspective viewport from 0 to 1000 frame and create an avi output.

12.You can download the rendered avi file and also the max file.
